UT Gardens To Hold Plant Sale Oct. 11
Fall is for planting! The UT Gardens is holding a fall planting sale on Saturday, October 11, featuring Pink Muhly Grass and other notable plants. All proceeds will support the UT Gardens.
The sale will run from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. Shop early for the best selections. Members of the Friends of the Gardens may attend a preview sale on October 10.
Pink Muhly Grass produces loads of colorful pink plumes each fall. The variety is hard-to-find and is a stand-out perennial in the garden. Pink Muhly grass grows in a variety of soil conditions in part- to full-sun. Other selections on sale will include dwarf pampas grass, dwarf zebra grass, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, dwarf evergreens, assorted trees, shrubs, and perennials including a variety of sedums great for water-wise gardening.
