Your Lotus Notes username is:

  • The first letter of your first and middle names plus your last name lower case.

Your Lotus Notes password is:

  • The first two letters of the month you were born in lower case.
  • The last two digits of the year you were born.
  • The last four digits of your UT ID Number (Usually your SSN).
